Being born and raised in the Cayman Islands, Rachel is passionate about understanding the uniqueness of Grand Cayman and its expression of mental health in the community. She is aspiring to be a Clinical Psychologist and hopes to complete her highest degree to serve our community.
She studied at The University of Tampa, where she took part in an independent research study on the effects of rumination on the use of social media. During her time at university, she completed a range of psychological courses covering fundamental psychological theories to assessment, and psychological conditions. She has experience with case management, additional needs/disability, and administration.
Rachel takes care of Aspire’s day-to-today affairs and focuses on maintaining a client-centered atmosphere. At Aspire, all efforts are made to ensure a stress-free process from the first moment of contact. We strive to provide a warm, welcoming environment by embodying respect, responsibility, and integrity with all we do.
