Janine is a CPAM Registered Counselor/Therapist who is dual qualified as a Psychometrist and a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst. She has experience in providing behavioural interventions to children with autism spectrum conditions and intellectual disabilities and strongly believes in the use of approaches that are trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming. She dreams of an inclusive society where neurodiversity is celebrated, and disability is no longer stigmatized.  

Janine brings a wealth of experience to our team, from both clinical practice and her involvement in non-profit organisations on island. As our Clinical Associate, she supports our psychologists with a range of assessments, skills training programming and specific disability interventions.
