Dr Daniella Vaclavik

Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Daniella Vaclavik (she/hers) is a clinical psychologist with extensive training and experience in evidence-based assessment and treatment for children, adolescents, young adults, and families. She holds a Master of Arts (MA) in Religious Studies, a Master of Science (MSc) and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Psychology. Dr. Vaclavik is licensed in the state of Florida and CPAM-registered in the Cayman Islands.


Fluent in both English and Spanish, Dr. Vaclavik provides culturally responsive care tailored to diverse populations. Her clinical approach is developmentally sensitive, family-centered, and rooted in evidence-based practice with a strong emphasis on relational health and the impact of interpersonal dynamics on emotional well-being. She is particularly passionate about early intervention during critical developmental periods to positively influence long-term mental health outcomes.


Dr. Vaclavik specializes in comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and diagnostic assessments, as well as evidence-based therapeutic interventions includes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), Trauma-focused CBT, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), motivational interviewing, and substance use prevention. She also has experience conducting forensic evaluations for the family court system.


Dr. Vaclavik is dedicated to working collaboratively with individuals and families to address maladaptive relational patterns, strengthen interpersonal connections, empower parents to support their children’s therapeutic progress, and foster healthier, more secure relationships.


In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Vaclavik has a strong background in psychological research, with multiple publications and contributions to studies focused on child and adolescent development, mental health, parenting, and evidence-based interventions. Her research training informs her clinical practice, ensuring that her work remains grounded in the latest scientific findings and best practices.
